Here are the policies for all sales from Laughing Lapins Rabbitry. These Policies may be updated at any time, so read them before you purchase a rabbit.
Deposits
No rabbit will be held without a 40% non-refundable deposit. The deposit will go toward the final price of the rabbit. Once a deposit is received, that rabbit will be placed on hold and not be available for purchase by another person. Except for specific cases, I will not accept deposits on rabbits younger than 8 weeks old. If you need to place a deposit on a rabbit younger than 8 weeks, please contact me.
Holds
Any rabbit that has “ON HOLD” in their information, is not available for sale; as a deposit has been made. All rabbits on hold will only be held for 7 calendar days unless prior arrangements are made. Otherwise, after 7 calendar days, the rabbit will become available for sale.
Included With Your Rabbit
Every rabbit will go home with a full pedigree, transition feed, and information on their care. No rabbit will be sold without these three things. Every rabbit comes with full breeding rights, even if they are pets. However, I am not responsible for any litters or the success or failure of any rabbit. This includes how they preform at shows. I do not guarantee that rabbits purchased from me will do well in a show, however they are from show stock.
Refunds
There are no refunds on deposits or sales.
Returns/Re-homing
If you feel you need to re-home your rabbit, for ANY reason, please contact me.
Health of Your Rabbit
I will not sell any rabbit that I feel is not in perfect health. All rabbits will be examined by a veterinarian and receive a letter of good health before they are sold. I am not responsible for the health of any rabbit after the sale has been made. This includes any vet bills from injury or neglect.
Shipping
I do not ship my rabbits. Rabbits stress and overheat too easily for me to be confident that they will arrive safe, happy and healthy.
